The LLB in Administrative Law is a three-year UK Level 6 honours degree focused on judicial review, procedural fairness, the tribunals system and the machinery through which public decisions are held to law. The syllabus covers all foundations of legal knowledge required for the SRA and Bar Standards Board routes and gives sustained attention to the Administrative Court, the Upper Tribunal and the interaction between courts, ministers and regulators.
