Advanced Diploma in Fine Dining Operations
Course Overview
The Advanced Diploma in Fine Dining Operations at LSCAHM is a UK Level 5 senior-track qualification running 12 to 15 months on-campus, online or by distance learning. The programme prepares chefs, senior servers and floor managers to run fine dining services to the standard expected inside Michelin-recognised restaurants and luxury hotel restaurants — synchronising kitchen brigade, front-of-house choreography and sommellerie for a coherent guest experience. Alignment references Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Craft Guild of Chefs and Institute of Hospitality guidance.
By graduation, students can hold a fine dining service to a defensible standard and articulate directly into a UK Bachelor's top-up in hospitality or culinary management with credit transfer confirmed at enrolment.
