Diploma in Culinary Team Leadership
Course Overview
The Diploma in Culinary Team Leadership at LSCAHM is a UK Level 4 practitioner-foundation qualification running 9 to 12 months on-campus, online or by distance learning. The programme builds on foundational cookery skills to teach section-level leadership: setting mise-en-place, running junior chefs, communicating up and down the kitchen brigade, and handling the pressure moments of a live service without losing standards. Alignment references Craft Guild of Chefs and Institute of Hospitality guidance.
