The Diploma in Culinary Workplace Management is a UK Level 4 practitioner qualification of 9 to 12 months for demi-chefs, kitchen team leaders and Chefs de Partie moving into supervisory responsibility. Delivered on-campus, online or by distance learning with kitchen practical windows, it is aligned with Craft Guild of Chefs, City & Guilds and Institute of Hospitality practice.
By the end of the Diploma you will run a shift rota, lead a briefing, coach a junior chef and produce a workplace management pack for a real UK kitchen operation.

Entry Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification (A-levels, BTEC, Access to HE) or equivalent, OR a relevant Certificate at LSCAHM.
- GCSE English at grade 4/C and Mathematics at grade 4/C or equivalent.
- IELTS 5.5 overall (no band below 5.5) for non-native English speakers, or equivalent.
- A personal statement outlining your progression aims.
