Course Overview
The Diploma in Resort Management is a UK Level 4 practitioner-foundation qualification running 9 to 12 months. Aligned with Institute of Hospitality and UKHospitality standards, it prepares practitioners to run daily resort operations, including rooms, F&B, activity programming and guest services.
By graduation you will be running shifts across resort departments, coordinating activity programmes with rooms operations, briefing casual and seasonal teams, and preparing for progression into supervisor and manager roles across UK and international resort operators.

Entry Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification (A-levels, BTEC, Access to HE) or equivalent, OR a relevant Certificate at LSCAHM.
- GCSE English at grade 4/C and Mathematics at grade 4/C or equivalent.
- IELTS 5.5 overall (no band below 5.5) for non-native English speakers, or equivalent.
