MA in Culinary Leadership
Course Overview
The MA in Culinary Leadership at LSCAHM is a UK Level 7 postgraduate qualification of one year full-time or two years part-time. It sits inside the Culinary Arts & Gastronomy department and is aligned with senior-track competency themes referenced by the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, the Craft Guild of Chefs and the Institute of Hospitality. The programme closes with a substantial dissertation, capstone or sponsor project supervised by practising chefs.
By graduation you will be leading a kitchen at senior level: setting culinary direction, hiring and coaching brigades, defending margin under supplier pressure, and translating a chef-patron's food philosophy into a written, repeatable operation.
