MSc in Hospitality Leadership & Innovation
Course Overview
The MSc in Hospitality Leadership & Innovation is a research-informed LSILHHM executive Master's running across a 12 to 18-month duration band. Aligned with Institute of Hospitality and Chartered Management Institute frameworks, the programme develops board-level hospitality leaders equipped for innovation, cross-sector delivery and executive-track responsibility across integrated hospitality businesses.
By graduation, students hold an evidence-driven dissertation on a hospitality-leadership or innovation question, executive-practice exposure and industry-referenced knowledge of leadership, sustainability, transformation and cross-sector delivery at group depth.
Master's students design an evidence-driven dissertation on a hospitality-leadership or innovation question supported by executive-practice workshops with senior hospitality directors. Sessions include chief-executive briefing rehearsal and structured research-methods coaching.
Master's students combine research-methods seminars with executive workshops led by senior hospitality directors and chief executives, developing the evidence-led outlook and boardroom vocabulary that integrated hospitality businesses look for when appointing chief-executive-track candidates.
The LSILHHM syllabus for hospitality leadership and innovation is refreshed regularly with input from integrated hospitality businesses and shaped around the specific expectations of chief-executive-track hospitality candidates.
