Advanced Diploma in Property Law
Course Overview
The Advanced Diploma in Property Law at LSLPE is a UK Level 5 senior-track qualification running 12 to 15 months across on-campus, online and distance-learning routes. The programme is aligned with Solicitors Regulation Authority property competencies, Chartered Institute of Legal Executives conveyancing standards, and Land Registry practice guidance. It carries credit transfer into UK Bachelor's top-up programmes and functions as a senior credential in its own right for practitioners in residential, commercial and social housing property practice.
By graduation you will have completed a mock registered conveyance, drafted a commercial lease of business premises, produced an opinion on adverse possession and completed a case-note portfolio on modern property litigation.

Why Study at LSLPE
LSLPE is the specialist law, politics and economics division of Harold International College of London, teaching in small tutor-visible cohorts within a short tube ride of the Royal Courts of Justice, the Land Registry Croydon office and the property chambers of Lincoln's Inn. The Advanced Diploma in Property Law reads its subject through registered title investigation, drafting and negotiation as they happen in practice.
Three parallel study modes let progressors, working practitioners and portfolio-route applicants complete the Advanced Diploma without leaving employment, and the LSLPE careers service refreshes curriculum annually against SRA and CILEX property guidance. The programme is a strong foundation for the SQE property assessment.
