Course Overview
The LLB in Contract Law at LSLPE is a three-year UK Level 6 honours degree with part-time and accelerated routes. It combines the standard foundations of legal study with a strong specialisation in contract formation, interpretation, breach, remedies and commercial dispute resolution, aligned with the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Bar Standards Board, CILEX and Law Society of England and Wales standards. The programme provides a strong foundation for candidates preparing for the SQE or Bar training routes.
By graduation you will have advised on a full breach-of-contract claim, drafted commercial agreements to a professional standard, argued a contract-interpretation moot, prepared a settlement negotiation, completed a placement year in chambers or a City commercial practice, and defended a final-year dissertation on a specialist contract-law question.

Entry Requirements
- A-levels (or equivalent) at BBB or above, OR a UK Access to HE Diploma with 45 credits at Level 3.
- GCSE English at grade 4/C and Mathematics at grade 4/C (or equivalent).
- IELTS 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0) for non-native English speakers.
- Two academic references and a personal statement addressing your interest in contract law.
