BA in Food and Beverage Management
Course Overview
The BA in Food and Beverage Management is a UK Level 6 honours degree running three years full-time with part-time and accelerated routes. It is aligned with Institute of Hospitality, UKHospitality and HOSPA guidance for hotel and restaurant F&B operations, and prepares you to run every food and beverage revenue stream inside a hotel or standalone restaurant group.
By graduation you have completed a year-two industry placement in a hotel F&B department or restaurant group, run live services under supervision, presented a weekly P&L, and delivered a capstone F&B strategy for an operating client.

Entry Requirements
- A-levels (or equivalent) at BBB or above, OR a UK Access to HE Diploma with 45 credits at Level 3.
- GCSE English at grade 4/C and Mathematics at grade 4/C (or equivalent).
- IELTS 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0) for non-native English speakers.
- Two academic references and a personal statement covering F&B interest.
