Course Overview
The Diploma in Food Safety and Compliance is a UK Level 4 practitioner qualification of 9 to 12 months for kitchen team leaders, food safety officers and quality assistants. Delivered on-campus in central London, online or by distance learning, it is aligned with Food Standards Agency practice, City & Guilds and Institute of Hospitality competencies.
By the end of the Diploma you will run a HACCP plan for a working kitchen, respond to an environmental health audit, manage an allergen control programme and produce a compliance report for a real food business.

Entry Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification (A-levels, BTEC, Access to HE) or equivalent, OR a relevant Certificate at LSCAHM.
- GCSE English at grade 4/C and Mathematics at grade 4/C or equivalent.
- IELTS 5.5 overall (no band below 5.5) for non-native English speakers, or equivalent.
- A personal statement outlining your progression aims.
