Why Study at LSCAHM
LSCAHM is a specialist division of Harold International College of London teaching restaurant operations as a joined-up discipline. Because the college reads culinary, hospitality, tourism and events as one guest journey, an operations lead trained here already thinks like a chef, sommelier and guest-experience manager at the same time.
Central London places luxury hotel groups, restaurant chains, the Institute of Hospitality and UKHospitality within a short tube ride of every classroom, and every intake joins the same weekly seminar with named programme-tutor support.
