Course Overview
The BA in Culinary Business Operations is a three-year UK Level 6 honours degree that trains chef-managers to combine kitchen craft with the commercial control of a restaurant business. Delivered on-campus in central London with online and distance-learning routes, the programme is aligned with Craft Guild of Chefs, Institute of Hospitality and HOSPA competencies and includes a year-two placement in a working UK kitchen or restaurant business.
By graduation you will run a kitchen P&L across food and labour cost, negotiate supplier contracts, lead a permanent brigade and complete a final-year dissertation or sponsor consulting project for a UK restaurant group or independent operator.

- A-levels (or equivalent) at BBB or above, OR a UK Access to HE Diploma with 45 credits at Level 3.
