BA in Food Business Management
Course Overview
The BA in Food Business Management is a three-year UK Level 6 honours degree that prepares graduates to run food businesses across restaurants, cafes, delivery, food halls, retail brands and independent food operations. Delivered on-campus in central London with online and distance-learning routes, the degree is aligned with UKHospitality, Institute of Hospitality and HOSPA competencies and includes a year-two placement in a UK food business.
By graduation you will run a full food business P&L, lead a supplier and retail channel strategy, present investor-ready financials for a food brand and complete a final-year dissertation or sponsor consulting project.

Entry Requirements
- A-levels (or equivalent) at BBB or above, OR a UK Access to HE Diploma with 45 credits at Level 3.
- GCSE English at grade 4/C and Mathematics at grade 4/C (or equivalent).
