The Diploma in Hotel Business Management at LSCAHM is a UK Level 4 practitioner foundation of 9 to 12 months across on-campus, online and distance routes. The course covers the commercial spine of hotel operations, aligned with Institute of Hospitality, UKHospitality and HOSPA guidance and drawing on established rooms-division, F&B and revenue-management practice.
By graduation, students can support daily hotel operations across rooms, F&B and front office; read hotel P&L and RevPAR reports; coach small teams; and support duty managers and general managers with commercial and service planning.

Entry Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification (A-levels, BTEC, Access to HE) or equivalent, OR a relevant Certificate at LSCAHM.
- GCSE English at grade 4/C and Mathematics at grade 4/C or equivalent.
- IELTS 5.5 overall (no band below 5.5) for non-native English speakers, or equivalent.
- A personal statement outlining your hotel or hospitality experience and progression aims.
- Applicants with kitchen, front-of-house or hospitality experience are encouraged to reference it.
