Course Overview
The BA in Culinary Logistics and Supply Chain is a three-year UK Level 6 honours degree aligned with Craft Guild of Chefs, Institute of Hospitality and Chartered Management Institute themes. Part-time and accelerated routes are available. A year-two placement in a hotel kitchen, restaurant group head office or food-service supply operator is included, and the degree closes with a final-year capstone or dissertation.
