Course Overview
The BA in Culinary Production Systems is a three-year UK Level 6 honours degree aligned with Craft Guild of Chefs, City & Guilds, Institute of Hospitality and Chartered Management Institute themes. Part-time and accelerated routes are available. A year-two placement in a central production unit, restaurant group or food-service brand is included, and the degree closes with a final-year capstone or dissertation.
