MA in Hospitality Quality Assurance
Course Overview
The MA in Hospitality Quality Assurance at LSCAHM is a UK Level 7 postgraduate programme running one year full-time or two years part-time on-campus, online or by distance learning. The programme reads hospitality quality assurance as a senior discipline sitting between brand standards, guest experience, statutory compliance and continuous improvement, taught in a city home to some of the world's most demanding hotel and restaurant quality regimes. Alignment references Institute of Hospitality, HOSPA and UKHospitality guidance.
By graduation, students have delivered a research-informed dissertation on a live hospitality quality-assurance question — brand audit design, mystery-shopper analytics, complaint-analysis frameworks or ISO alignment — supervised by working QA leads.
