Course Overview
The BA in Hospitality Customer Experience Strategy is a three-year UK Level 6 honours degree that trains graduates to lead customer experience (CX) strategy across UK hotel groups, restaurant businesses and hospitality operators. Delivered on-campus in central London with online and distance-learning routes, the degree is aligned with Institute of Hospitality, UKHospitality, Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) hospitality streams and HOSPA competencies and includes a year-two placement in a UK CX or guest experience team.
By graduation you will design a full guest journey, measure CX with credible KPIs and complete a final-year dissertation or sponsor consulting brief on a real UK hospitality operator.

Entry Requirements
- A-levels (or equivalent) at BBB or above, OR a UK Access to HE Diploma with 45 credits at Level 3.
- GCSE English at grade 4/C and Mathematics at grade 4/C (or equivalent).
- IELTS 6.5 overall (no band below 6.0) for non-native English speakers.
- Two academic references and a personal statement.
